SUGGESTED SPIRITUAL PRACTICES
Spiritual practice for this week based on Kathy’s sermon on Jesus’ healing the 10 people with leprosy (Luke 17:11-17)
– Begin each morning this week by repeating the Jesus Prayer – ‘Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.’
– At the end of each day this week, tell God ‘Thank you’; for something specifically, or simply for His presence in your life.
COMMUNITY CONCERNS
If you’ve got something to share with SOMA’s community by way of prayer request or a call for help from the body, let me know and I’ll put those here.
Geneva Students
Geneva starts classes this week! Please pray for the students as they get back into the swing of classes. You can also pray specifically for Molly to start the year off right and to feel better so she can focus on academics.
Mark Michelotti, Jr.
Let’s pray for the family of Mark Michelotti, Jr., who passed away suddenly at age 27.
Jamari’s Grandad
Jamari would like us to pray for his grandad who has cancer and is not doing well.
