SUGGESTED SPIRITUAL PRACTICES
Spiritual practice for this week based on “Why We Rest on the Sabbath”
Ask yourself:
– What is my work? What is my productivity?
– What does it look like for me to follow God’s rhythm for Sabbath rest from that work?
Find your Sabbath & rest this week.
