WORSHIP GATHERING

May 13th: Worship Gathering, Communion, and Potluck Lunch
We will meet at our regular time of 11:15am at The Well (1401 6th Ave) to share conversation, pray, and sing together. Pastor Marc will be preaching from John 17 and we will share in communion together. After the worship gathering, we will have our monthly potluck lunch so please bring a dish to share with 6-8 people if you are able!

Note about Next Sunday:
Pentecost Worship Service – Sunday, May 20

On Sunday May 20th we’ll be worshiping with 5 other Beaver Falls churches at 11am at the Beaver Falls High School (just like we did last year). Kids programming will be available during the service. If you are interested in singing in the choir reply to this email today.

Men’s Night – Mondays
Every Monday @ 6:30pm at The Well will be a Men’s Night for guys to meet, hang out, and encourage each other. All men are welcome!

Women’s Movement Group – Thursdays
Spring session for both classes: April 12 – May 17.
Class is held Thursdays from 7-8pm at The Well. Pay what makes you happy ($5-10/class suggested)

Drop In Hours – Fridays
Join in our Friday open hours at The Well! Everyone is welcome to come use the space from 10am – 4pm. Free coffee, lunch, and wi-fi.

Recovery Community Group – Fridays
This community group is for anyone struggling in some kind of addiction and looking for Christian community support. It will meet on Fridays @ 12:30pm at The Well.

Kids Movie Night – May 20

Last movie night before summer! All elementary-aged kids are invited to come to The Well from 4:30-6:45pm on the third Sunday of each month. We will show a kid-friendly movie and provide dinner. All kids must have an activity release form on file in order to stay for the event.

SOMA Conversations: Immigration – June 3

Our next SOMA converstaion will take place ast 6:30pm on Sunday, June 3 around the topic of immigration.

Summer Bible Study – June 6 – August 1

This summer we will be taking 9 weeks to look at the book of Amos together. This Bible study is open to everyone and will take place at 7pm at The Well on Wednesdays.

Neighborhoods of Hope Block Party – June 12

Mark your calendars! We’re kicking off the summer with a neighborhood block party! Food, fun, and entertainment for the family on Tuesday, June 12 from 4:30-7:30pm. Sign up sheets for kids games, helping with set up & tear down, and food will be on the SOMA table.

Community Groups
Groups meet at various times to study scripture, be together, eat together, and serve together. Sign up for a group on the visitor card or by replying to this email.

Suggested Spiritual Practice
As you pray this week, ask that God would show you where he is moving you forward. What in your past is holding you back from his leading? Pray for courage to move into the new thing.
