ONGOING

Naming the space at 1401 6th Ave
We need a name for the new space at 1401 6th Ave and would like input from the whole community on what that should be! While we as a worshiping body will continue to be “SOMA,” the community center itself needs a name that communicates that it is a safe and meaningful multi-purpose space in the city. If you have ideas, please share them on your visitor cards.

Pews for Sale
The pews currently located in the church building at 1401 6th Avenue are for sale! Anyone who is interested in purchasing any can email info@thesomagathering.org. You will be responsible for picking up and transporting the pews you purchase. Proceeds will benefit the work of the space.

COMMUNITY CONCERNS

If you’ve got something to share with SOMA’s community by way of prayer request or a call for help from the body, let me know and I’ll put those here.

Tyler and Maci Patterson
Tyler and Maci were married this past Thursday, March 10th! Please pray for them as they start this next chapter of their life together.

Jake
Jake Olenick would like prayer for him to be able to trust in God and for consistency.

Robin
Robin Hill would like us to remember several people in prayer this week: her father, Eugene, for healing and his heart to be touched by the Lord, Jackie & Amber to come to know Christ, Maurice & Bill for addiction, and Dwenn.

Employment
Mark Haas would like prayer for finding a job.

Darcie & Ethan Crider
Darcie, who is pregnant with twins, is under hospital care to try to hold off labor for the next few weeks. Please pray for her, the babies, and Ethan during this time.
