Garden Night – Monday, July 25th
We’ll have our weekly work night at the garden from 5:30-7:00pm. Stop by to help out and receive some of the produce!
Summer of Psalms – Tuesday, July 26th
Every Tuesday this summer @ 7pm at The Well we’ll have a Bible study for anyone who wants to join in. Each week we’ll take a look at a different Psalm. No need to sign up – come when you can! *Note: Next week we won’t be meeting; instead, you are encouraged to check out the CDC block party closest to you! (see below for more details)
The Women’s Movement Group – canceled for Tuesday
At 7:30am every Wednesday morning, we will be meeting for prayer and practicing community together. Stop by (1401 6th Ave, Beaver Falls) to join in!
Drop In Hours – Wednesday, July 27th
The Well will be open for anyone in the community to come enjoy the space, use the wifi, and have some coffee from 7:00am – 11:00am every Wednesday.
Poetry Class – Thursday, July 28th
Come experience together the power of words, written and spoken, and learn to write and speak your own poems! We’ll be experimenting with language and sound, images and emotion, memory, imagination, and beauty. Come with open minds, a pen or pencil, and whatever you feel able to pay for the evening (suggested $5). We’ll meet Thursdays at 6:30 PM at the Well (1401 6th Ave).

CDC Block Parties – August 2nd
This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors! In recognition of National Night Out, the Community Development Corporation is once again hosting several block parties around Beaver Falls on Tuesday, August 2nd. The CDC will provide hot dogs and lemonade and everyone is asked to bring a dish to share. Check out this flyer to locate the block party closest to you!
Friday Night at The Red House – August 5th
Beaver Valley Christian Fellowship is hosting a coffeehouse event on the first Friday of every month from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. The event will take place at The Red House, located at 903 8th Ave, Beaver Falls. There will be an acoustic show from 7-9pm, followed by a jam session. Free snacks and coffee provided. Community Crime Watch Day – August 6th
Join in this event for free educational demonstrations from law enforcement and other emergency response teams, as well as food, games and entertainment for the whole family. Several local mascots will be in attendance including Iceberg (from the Pittsburgh Penguins), Steely McBeam (Steelers), and the Chick-fil-A cow. Held Saturday, August 6th from 5:30pm – 9:00pm at Geneva College with fireworks concluding the event.
Community Festival – August 13th
Hosted by TRAILS, the community festival will feature live music, food, and craft vendors. Located at 6th Ave & 6th St. from 10:00am – 7:00pm.

Lori Wynn, the head coach of the women’s basketball team at Geneva, recently diagnosed with cancer. She is currently in North Carolina with her family to undergo various testing. Please pray for her healing.
