WORSHIP GATHERING
April 2nd: Worship Gathering, Children’s Environment, and Fellowship Meal
We will meet at our regular time of 11:15am at The Well (1401 6th Ave) to share conversation, pray and sing together. We will continue our series on the Beatitudes, focusing on “blessed are you when you are persecuted for righteousness.“ Children’s Environment will be available for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade. After the service, we will have a light fellowship meal.

THIS WEEK
Drop In Hours – Wednesday, March 29th
The Well will be open for anyone in the community to come enjoy the space, use the wifi, and have some coffee from 7:00am – 10:00am this Wednesday.
Note: This is the last Wednesday we will have Open Hours. We will continue to be open (and for extended hours) on Fridays of each week.
Men’s Night – Wednesday, March 29th
Every Wednesday @ 6:30pm at The Well will be a Men’s Night for guys to meet, hang out, and encourage each other. All men are welcome!
Women’s Movement Group – Thursday, March 30th
All women are welcome to join in this movement group, whether you love to dance or it makes you nervous. Pay what makes you happy (suggested $5/class). We’ll meet at The Well from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.
Drop In Hours – Friday, March 31st
Join in our Friday open hours at The Well! Anyone is welcome to come use the space from 10:00am – 1:00pm. Starting April 7th, we will have extended hours.
Garden Work Day – Saturday, April 1st
It’s officially spring and that means we can get back to work with the garden! This Saturday we will meet at The Well at 9:30am to start seedlings and do prep work. Let Dave know at daveslebodnik@gmail.com if you plan to attend and/or if you’d like to be involved with the garden this year.
Provide a Meal for Jobs for Life
We are in need of people to provide a small meal on Thursdays evenings at 6pm for the Jobs for Life class. The course runs for 7 more weeks. If you are willing to provide food, please contact Akil at akilchaney@gmail.com or Dave at daveslebodnik@gmail.com

Beaver Falls Lecture Series, part 2 – April 5
The third annual Beaver Falls Lecture Series is focused around the topic of “Why Beaver Falls?” The dates of the lectures are Wednesday, March 22, April 5, and April 19. The second lecture will feature a panel of Beaver Falls residents who have chosen to stay and invest in this community. All lectures will be held at 7pm in the basement of the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls. Check out more details on the BF Lecture Series poster.

Evangelism Training & Outreach – April 22nd
On Saturday, April 22nd we will have an evangelism training. We’ll meet at The Well at 9:30am for the training, have lunch together, & prayer walk to several sites in the city where we’ll spend a couple hours loving our neighborhood in practical ways. Garden Work Day – April 22nd
On Saturday, April 22nd from 12-3pm, following the Evangelism Training, we will have a workday at the community garden (located at 15th St & 1st Ave along the bike trail).
Jumping for Java 5k & 1 mile run – May 13th
A 5k fundraiser for Lan Vwa, our international partner, is planned for the morning of Saturday, May 13th at the Zelienople Community Park. Early registration is $20; each runner will provide education for a child for one month in addition to receiving a t-shirt and gym bag. The 5k will start at 9am with timed results and prizes in various ages groups. The family fun run will start at 9:05am. Fellowship Meal Cleanup
We are asking for volunteers to help with the cleanup following our weekly fellowship meals. Anyone interested in helping once a month can contact Robin Fisher at rfisher3633@comcast.net, or sign up on the SOMA table at The Well.
Open Hours Volunteers Needed
We are looking for some more volunteer staff for Open Hours at The Well, especially as we extend our Friday hours and continue on into the summer. Contact Dave (daveslebodnik@gmail.com) if you are available to lend your time on Friday mornings/afternoons once a month.
